Return & Replacement Policy

Our products are individually produced for you (print-on-demand). Therefore, we can unfortunately only offer returns or exchanges in certain cases.

Return is possible if:

  1. the product arrives damaged,
  2. the print is faulty or incorrectly placed,
  3. An incorrect item was delivered.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the problem to: business.justinfr@gmail.com

In these cases, we will send you a new product free of charge or refund the purchase price. Returning the item is not necessary.

Important:

We do not accept returns or refunds for dissatisfaction, incorrect size, or a change of mind. Please check the size charts carefully before ordering.
